Our practice provides advice and assistance in the development of condominium properties and works with condominium associations boards and their management.
On the development side, the firm advises clients in all aspects of condominium development, including land acquisition and financing; zoning and land use; joint ventures with debt and/or equity partners; contracts with architects, contractors, and property managers; and preparation of governing documents including public reports, declarations, bylaws, house rules, and sale of units.
Based on our knowledge and experience in condominium law and the drafting of governing documents, we also represent condominium associations in all aspects of the management of condominiums including interpreting and amending governing documents; litigation; education and training for board members; assistance in running board meetings, association meetings, and voting; relationships with management companies, contractors, employees, and vendors.
