In his career, Keith’s large corporate clients have trusted him enough to ask him to take on special in-house counsel assignments. In one case, an international company asked him to coordinate, direct and analyze its lending and equity assets for a multi-billion dollar sale. Over the course of six months, Keith completed that process, involving more than 100 legal entities and operations in a number of U.S. States and other countries around the world.
